Online-Registration made easy
The management of congresses and events is often a quick business. Mostely the important point is to find efficient solutions within a short period of time when the client decided his desired specifications.
Our solution for the online registration of participants is characterized by an easy configuration and therefore a fast and uncomplicated realisation of the common tasks.
Registration (Front-End)
Generally the sytem is applied multi-lingual and can be used easily synchronous with different languages.
All pages are completely configurable. Every field can be choosen as well as the partitioning on all pages, for example:
- Business contact data, address, personal data, assistants
- visa information
- terms and conditions, shooting authority, data and photo usage
- arrival and departure: means of travel (flight, train, car), arrival date and -time, nessessary transfer
- hotel presentation and -booking with automatic quota management
- information about programms of trips and booking with quota processing
- selection of workshops, sessions and presentations
- configuration of the personal agenda
- diverse definable options

Administration (Back-End)
The administration (back-end) is easy operable and clearly represented. Generally there is a distinction between invited guests,
- who didn’t register yet
- who cancelled the registration in an early stage
- who fully registered and got an authomatic confirmation
- who got deactivated by the administration or rejected
The listing is arbitrary filterable and sortable. All fields can be choosen separately and arranged in tables depending on the given aims. Every configuration is saveable and can be used at later stages.
All data sets can be modified directly within the tables or on the basis of a form geared to the registration. Furthermore a password can be generated on request which is up to the specific security standards.
The import as well as the export relating to mass media will be realized via lists of tables. At the import there will be an automatic return of records with generated access data.
At every manipulation of a dataset the time and the particular person will be logged for each field. Like this it is possible to identify changes from any time (e.g. since the last access) in the administration and even to export them (for instance to forward information about booking changes to the congress hotel).
For an easier hotel booking the occupancy level will be shown on a daily basis within a defined time frame and calculated against changeable room contingents. For each night it can be decided if the payment will be taken over or if the costs will be covered by the guest itself.
