Online tools for events

The registration of participants is often arranged in a similar way:

• basic and personal data
• travel data
• hotel booking
• selection of workshops
• and much more

To realize such standard registrations with definable data interrogations efficient we developed our tool regXsite. The module regXedit as CMS can be added if the client wishes the installation of attendant sites (information about the agenda, the speekers, the hotels, the route directions etc.).

But often this is insufficient,

• because the client has particular demands on the functions, for instance invitation periods are given which are differently available under diverse circumstance
• because the structure of the participant data is complex, for example different invited groups get distinct offers with different payment methods
• because the program of the congress necessitates dependencies, for instance in the afternoon one can only book lesson A2 when one attended lesson A1 in the morning
• because there are diverse requirements on the design or the content from case to case, for instance VIPs receive pages with special hotel listings and options different to others

As developers one of our strongest characteristics is to master such demands. The more complex the request is the more we feel challenged to find conceptual and wide solutions.

Especially those are the things we are excited about.
